Parameters of Stainless Steel Bidet Diverter Angle Valve
A stainless steel bidet shunt angle valve is a specialized valve for a bathroom that features both shunt and cutoff functions. It is primarily used for connecting the angle valve to the bidet, toilet spray gun, shower arm, and other components in the toilet piping system. The shunt structure design can realize the switching control of a one-way water inlet and multiple water outlets. The start and stop of each branch water flow, as well as the flow rate, can be accurately adjusted by rotating the valve stem. At the same time, it is equipped with sealing rings to prevent leakage effectively.

A ceramic pan faucet angle valve is a small valve used to control water flow and connect pipes at the same time. It is usually installed at the corner where the sink or water tank, the faucet, and the water supply pipe come together. This valve can open or close the water and also adjust how much water flows through. It can act as a switch for the water tank, helping stop water from coming in too fast and causing overflow. At the same time, it gives steady on-off control for faucets and other water-using devices.

FAQs of Bidet Diverter Angle Valve
1. What is the difference between a Bidet Diverter Angle Valve and an ordinary Angle Valve?
The difference between them mainly comes from what they are used for, how they are built, and where they are installed.
A normal angle valve is very simple. It only controls one water line. You can turn the water on or off and adjust the flow for one device, like a faucet or a toilet tank. A bidet diversion angle valve is different. It can take water from one inlet and send it to two or more outlets, such as the bidet itself and a handheld spray.
Inside the valve, the structure is also different. A normal angle valve has a single water channel inside, so it only controls water flow and size. The bidet diversion angle valve uses a multi-channel ceramic valve core with a special design. When you turn the handle, the water direction changes smoothly, and after switching, the seal stays tight without water mixing.
In daily use, a normal angle valve is very common and can be used almost anywhere with a single water outlet. The bidet diversion angle valve is made specially for bidet systems. It is designed to handle multiple water outlets at the same time and also helps guide the pipes neatly. Its materials and sealing are better for bathroom water conditions, and some models even include a small filter to keep the water cleaner and more hygienic.
The main parts of the body cleaner’s flow diversion angle valve are a 90-degree corner flow passage and a flow diversion cavity that are set up in advance.
Inside the valve, there’s a multi-channel ceramic valve core. It’s made up of three key parts: a moving piece, a fixed piece, and a return spring. With this core, you can easily and accurately turn the water on or off, adjust how much water comes out, and switch between different water paths. There’s also a food-grade silicone sealing ring inside. It works really well to keep the water from leaking out at all.
The handle you use to control the valve is usually made of ABS engineering plastic or metal. This handle is connected to the valve core by a valve rod.
The valve has standard threaded connectors for hooking up to pipes. The most common sizes are G1/2 and NPT1/2. These connectors make sure the valve can link up firmly and steadily with both the water supply pipe and the body cleaner.
3. What is the sealing performance of the Bidet Diverter Angle Valve?
The flow diverter angle valve for body cleaners has super good sealing performance. It uses a clever “valve core + connector double-seal” design to make sure no water leaks out at all.
Inside the valve, the valve core has a special hard-seal structure made of precisely ground ceramics. There’s also a food-grade silicone seal ring fitted in it. This ring helps the valve core and the valve seat stick together tightly, with no tiny gaps left. So it can stop water from leaking through perfectly.
At the connector part of the valve, there’s an EPDM food-grade seal washer. When you install the valve, you use standard threaded connections. You can also add a little raw tape as an extra helper for sealing. This step fills up any small gaps in the threads, making the seal even more reliable.
4. What is the MOQ for the Bidet Diverter Angle Valve?
The minimum number you need to order for a custom model is 500 units.
When it comes to the price rules, if you order between 501 and 1000 units, you can get a 9.5% discount. This discount will lower the cost of every single unit, and it’s especially great for regional dealers who want to stock up on goods.
If your order is more than 1000 units, it counts as a bulk purchase. For bulk orders, you can talk about a better step-by-step price. The final price will depend on things like how many units you buy, the way you pay the money, and how long you plan to cooperate with us. The more you buy, the bigger and nicer the discount you can get.
For customers who cooperate with us for a long time (that means you’ve worked with us for more than 1 year, and your total yearly purchase amount is 500,000 yuan or more), you can get extra benefits besides the usual discount. You’ll get an annual rebate, which is 1% to 3% of your actual total yearly purchase amount. You can use this rebate to cut down the money you need to pay next year, or you can take it as cash directly.
The body cleaner’s angle valve uses a multi-layer packaging method—it protects every single valve independently and reinforces the whole box for extra safety.
Every single valve is first fixed in a blister package, then put into a colorful box printed with product information. Inside the colorful box, there’s shock-proof foam that fits the valve’s shape perfectly, keeping it from moving around.
After packing single valves, we put multiple ones into five-layer corrugated cartons. Each valve is separated by pearl cotton or foam boards to avoid touching each other. One carton can hold 20 to 50 valves (the number changes based on the valve’s size).
On the outside of the carton, we clearly print shipping logos and mark positions. This packaging meets international shipping protection requirements and follows ISTA international shipping packaging standards.
6. What are the payment methods for the Bidet Diverter Angle Valve?
Plumberstar provides many different payment methods, which fit different order sizes and cooperation stages.
1. T/T: This is the most commonly used payment method. It’s easy to use and cheap. There are two modes for it:① Regular orders: “30% advance payment + 70% payment after seeing the bill of lading copy”. After you pay the 30% advance, we start production. When the goods are shipped, we’ll send you a copy of the bill of lading. Once you check and confirm it’s correct, we’ll immediately send you the full set of documents.② Small trial orders or long-term stable customers: We can talk about “50% advance payment + 50% payment after seeing the bill of lading copy” or “100% payment after seeing the bill of lading copy”. This helps reduce the pressure of your capital occupation.
2. Western Union: It’s suitable for sample orders, deposits, or small balance payments. Its advantages are fast fund arrival. The payer pays the handling fee, and the operation process is simple—no complicated bank procedures. It’s great for urgent small-sum payment settlements.
3. L/C at sight: It well protects the rights of both buyers and sellers. It’s especially fit for large orders (such as over 1000 units) or new cooperative customers. The operation process is: you open a sight letter of credit in our favor through your bank. We stock and ship goods according to the credit terms, then submit a full set of documents. The bank will pay us immediately after checking the documents. It can effectively avoid risks like exchange rate fluctuations and customer credit issues. We support customizing credit terms according to international practices (such as UCP600) and your bank’s requirements.
4. Other negotiable methods: For long-term strategic customers with an annual purchase volume of over 5000 units, we can negotiate “quarterly settlement” or “rolling payment” modes to further optimize your capital turnover efficiency. Under special circumstances, we can also accept PayPal payment (only for small orders). We can flexibly adjust the payment method according to your actual needs and cooperation conditions. All payment methods support mainstream international settlement currencies such as USD and Euro, ensuring safe and smooth fund settlement.
We can make and provide professional drawings that match your purchase needs perfectly.
For customers who place bulk orders (that means ≥ 100 sets for regular models or ≥ 500 sets for custom models), we’ll give you free 3D models in STEP or IGES format and 2D CAD drawings. These drawings clearly mark all the details, like the valve body size, thread specifications, and where to drill installation holes. The accuracy of the drawings can reach 0.01 mm. They work well with popular design software such as AutoCAD and SolidWorks, and meet all the needs for pipeline system integration design.
If you place a sample order or a small batch order, you can get the full set of drawings by paying 300–500 yuan. Good news—this fee can be fully deducted when you place a bulk order later on.
If you have special marking needs for the drawings (for example, adding pipe standard parameters that fit your local area), just tell us in advance. Our technical team will then optimize the drawings to meet your requirements.
