It is the core on-off control fitting in PEX (crosslinked polyethylene) water supply and drainage, HVAC, and other pipeline systems. The valve core seal adopts EPDM rubber, the temperature resistance range is-40 ℃~120℃, the long-term working pressure can reach 1.6MPa, the short-term test pressure can reach 2.4MPa, the material passes the gas compatibility test, and there is no swelling and aging in contact with natural gas, liquefied gas, and other media. 2. What is the connection method of the PEX Gas Ball Valve?

The operating handle is made of glass fiber-reinforced nylon with a tensile strength of≥ 60 MPa. It is connected to the valve body through a stainless steel pin shaft with a diameter of ≥ 4mm. After the connection is made, the tensile force test shall be conducted. The tensile force ≥ 500N shall not be broken. After assembling the Plumberstar handle, the switch fatigue test shall be conducted 1000 times to ensure there is no looseness.

7. Can you customize PEX gas ball valves with a locking function?

The model with a locking function can be customized to suit your needs. The locking structure adopts a brass lock cylinder. The key insertion force is controlled at 5~15N. The torque after locking is ≥20N·m before it is damaged. Unauthorized operation is avoided. The Plumberstar locking structure will undergo an anti-theft test after assembly to ensure its safety.

8. What is the connection between the ball and the stem of the PEX Gas Ball Valve?

The keyway connects the ball with the valve stem, and the matching clearance of the keyway is ≤0.05mm. There are two O-rings between the valve stem and valve body. The O-ring is made from the material EPDM, and the sealing pressure can reach 2.4MPa.
