Customized models
For standard customization, such as adjusting the water shut-off time, changing surface color, or adding a logo, the minimum order quantity is 2000 pieces.
For deeper customization, things like a new internal structure, special functions, or exclusive appearance molds, the MOQ is 2000 pieces. Thanks to Plumberstar’s flexible production lines, this MOQ is about 40% lower than what many similar brands require. Lead time is kept within 25 days, which works well for small and medium foreign trade projects.

Small batch trial orders
Trial orders are supported. The minimum quantity is 1000 pieces, limited to standard models. The trial price is typically 10%–15% higher than the standard batch price, and delivery can be completed within 15 days.

If the trial order customer later places a batch order of 300 pieces or more, the price difference from the trial order can be fully returned. This allows customers to test the market first and then scale up with lower risk.

Customers can check material test reports, press-life test results, and salt spray test reports through the Plumberstar website or by contacting the foreign trade specialist. If any quality issue arises, the technical team can identify the cause and provide a solution within 24 hours.

7. How do you protect customer designs and IP of the self-closing faucet?

When we start working together, Plumberstar will sign a formal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and an Intellectual Property Ownership Agreement with you. This makes sure both parties’ rights and interests are clear and protected. The key clauses of the agreements are as follows:

• All your intellectual property belongs entirely to you. Any materials you provide—like drawings, technical data, structural plans, and appearance designs—are your exclusive intellectual property. Plumberstar will only use these materials for the project we agree on. We won’t use them for any other orders. We also won’t share or pass them to any third parties.
• We clearly define who owns the results of any optimizations or improvements. When we work together, if both sides make structural optimizations or performance improvements to your products—such as making the valve core more sensitive or upgrading water-saving structures—the intellectual property for these improvements will usually belong to you. Or we can agree in writing that both sides own them together.
• The liability for breaking the agreement and the compensation rules is clear. If Plumberstar causes your intellectual property to be leaked, misused, or used improperly because of our own mistakes, we will compensate you according to the agreement. The compensation amount can be several times the order value. We will also cover all costs related to protecting your rights.

8. How does Plumberstar factory ensure long-term supply stability for self-closing faucets?

Plumberstar operates standardized workshops with several automated production lines. These lines encompass key steps, including precision casting, CNC machining, and final assembly and testing. For core products, including self-closing faucets, stainless steel valves, and floor drains, our annual production exceeds one million units.
