The core function is to stably adjust the input high-pressure fluid (gas or liquid) to a needed low-pressure value. Its pressure gauge displays adjusted output pressure in real-time. 2. What pressure data can the pressure gauge display? How accurate?​

Conventional can display the output pressure, some double models can also display the input pressure at the same time; the accuracy of the pressure gauge is mostly ±1.6%(industrial grade) or ±0.5%(precision grade), the range can be matched according to the rated pressure of the pressure relief valve, such as 0-1MPa, 0-10MPa, etc., support custom special range.

3. What is the pressure adjustment range of the product? Can high/low pressure requirements be met?​

The normal adjustment range is 0.02MPa-30MPa. The low-pressure version can go as low as 0.005MPa (applicable to pneumatic control and laboratory scenarios); the high-pressure version can go as high as 100MPa, thus applicable to hydraulic systems and oil exploitation. 4. What should I pay attention to when using it in a high or low temperature environment?​

High temperature environment (such as more than 80℃) need to choose high temperature resistant materials (such as 316 stainless steel body, fluororubber seals), to avoid aging seals; low temperature environment (such as less than-20 ℃) need to choose low temperature resistant seals (such as EPDM rubber, PTFE), to prevent material brittle crack, at the same time need to confirm the pressure gauge filling type (such as low temperature silicone oil filling table, to avoid freezing of liquid in the table).

7. What is the product packaging? How to ensure no damage during transportation?​

Export standard packaging: Single product first uses bubble film for wrapping, then put into a corrugated box with built-in buffer foam. Multiple products are packed into plywood wooden boxes that meet ISPM 15 international fumigation standards and can be directly exported. There is an anti-collision and moisture-proof logo outside the wooden case. For big orders, tray packaging can also be customized, which can be loaded/unloaded conveniently. If the product is damaged due to packaging problems during transportation, we will reissue it for free.

8. What is the protection level of the product? Can it be used in dust, explosion, and other special environments?​

The protection level of conventional products is IP54 (dustproof and splash-proof), and the special customized models can reach IP67 (completely dustproof and short-term immersion); Ex d IIB T4 Ga explosion-proof models can be provided for explosion-proof scenarios, applicable to explosive gas environments in Zone 1 and Zone 2; dustproof pressure gauges and sealed valve bodies are required for dust environments to avoid dust entering the interior and affecting performance.

 9. How to verify whether the product material meets the promise?

It can be verified in two ways: ① We provide material certification documents (MTC), including material composition analysis reports, which can be traced back to raw material suppliers;② Customers can use spectrometers to detect material composition on site, or randomly send samples to third-party testing organizations (such as SGS and BV) for testing. If the test results do not conform to the promises, we will bear the test costs and replace the products free of charge.
