1. Can you provide a material traceability report for the custom elbow? 

Special material customization: only select raw materials that meet international standards (such as ASTM B575 for Hastelloy C276 and ASTM B164 for Monel 400), and provide material certificates issued by raw material suppliers (including furnace number, chemical composition, and mechanical properties);
Traceability report: Custom elbow factory with “material traceability report”, marked from raw material procurement to finished product production of the whole process number, traceable to specific batches and suppliers, and Plumberstar special material valve traceability system is consistent.

2. What stainless steel elbows does Plumberstar offer?

Plumberstar manufacturer. As a professional valve foreign trade factory, our stainless steel elbows have a specific design for the valve system. Supply material includes 304, 316, 316L, 2205 (duplex steel), and 904L. The selection is highly compatible with the valve application scenario:
304 material: with general valves, like gate valve, ball valve, used for water, air, and neutral medium pipeline of municipal engineering and general industry.
316 / 316L materials: suitable for corrosion-resistant valves (such as chemical ball valves, globe valves), used in chemical, marine, and high-humidity environments; chloride ion corrosion resistance, good welding performance of 316L, suitable for valve and pipeline welding connections.
Dual-phase steel 2205: supporting high-pressure valves such as special gate valves for oil and gas, and check valves. Recommended for high-pressure oil and gas, offshore engineering, high strength, and corrosion resistance, to meet the requirements of high-pressure valve pressure grade.
904L material: suitable for extreme medium valve (such as special valve for strong acid environment), used for sulfuric acid medium and seawater desalination, etc.
Provide parameters of the valve model, medium type, temperature, and pressure, and provide a free “valve + elbow” complete selection scheme.

3. What is the difference between seamless and welded elbows? 

Seamless elbow: no weld, higher pressure (up to 42MPa), suitable for high-pressure valves (such as API standard oil and gas valves), used for high-pressure pipeline systems (valves and pipelines integrated pressure, no leakage risk);
Welded elbow: significant cost advantage, suitable for large diameter valves (DN500+) and medium and low pressure scenarios (such as water supply and drainage valves, common chemical valves), supports welding/flange two connection methods (fully compatible with Plumberstar valve connection method)​
Suggestion: seamless elbow shall be selected for valve pressure> 10MPa; welded elbow shall be chosen for valve diameter> DN300 and pressure <6MPa.

4. Does the Stainless Steel Elbow Pipe quality control standard meet the foreign trade export compliance requirements?

As a foreign trade B2B factory, our quality control is completely against international export standards, and the whole process quality control includes:
Raw material inspection (chemical composition test by spectrometer, mechanical property test, material certificate, and synchronous valve material report);
Forming inspection (size accuracy, angle deviation, wall thickness uniformity, and ensuring matching with valve installation size);
Welding quality inspection (welding elbow: X-ray inspection, ultrasonic inspection, to avoid leakage at welding, consistent with valve sealing standards);
Corrosion resistance test (72-1000 hours salt spray test to meet the needs of different overseas environments);
Finished product inspection (surface finish, pressure test, with Chinese and English quality control report, convenient customs clearance).​
All products are provided with an EN 10204 3.1/B grade material certificate to support customs inspection.

5. What key information is required when the customer proposes elbow customization requirements?

Four core types of information are required to match Plumberstar valve customization requirements:
Basic parameters: customized elbow angle (such as non-standard 25°, 75°), caliber (such as DN1250 and other unconventional sizes), wall thickness (such as SCH120 and other special grades), and whether it is matched with a specific type of valve (such as Plumberstar DN800 gate valve specified by customers);
Working condition requirements: medium type (such as strong corrosive fluoride, high viscosity slurry), temperature range (such as -60 ℃~800℃), working pressure (such as 50MPa high pressure scenario), avoid conflict with valve working condition adaptation;
Connection mode: the connection type with valve shall be specified (such as socket welding, butt welding, flange connection, flange standard shall be consistent with valve, such as PN40 DIN EN 1092-1);
Special identification: whether it is necessary to etch the valve matching number and customer project code on the surface of the product, to correspond to the valve during installation.

6. Can the customer come to the factory for acceptance?

Factory Acceptance: Customers can schedule an appointment to visit the Plumberstar factory for on-site acceptance. We will arrange for a special person to accompany them to verify the customized parameters (angle, size, and wall thickness), inspect the surface treatment effect, and confirm compatibility with the valve (providing corresponding valve samples for assembly testing). After passing the acceptance, they will sign the acceptance confirmation form.
Remote acceptance: if it is impossible to arrive at the factory, we will provide “customized acceptance data package”, including: 1 multi-angle product photos/videos (marked with key size measurement values);2 third-party inspection reports (such as size tolerance inspection and material composition analysis);3 assembly simulation videos matched with valves (showing installation process and fit degree);
Objection handling: If the remote acceptance is found to be inconsistent with the customized plan, a rectification plan (such as re-production and partial correction) shall be provided within 48 hours. We shall bear the rectification cost, and the delivery period shall not be extended.

7. Can you provide a “package customization scheme” for elbows matched with multi-specification valves？

Plumberstar provides integrated, customized solutions to reduce customer communication and management costs:
The customer sorts out the list of valves to be matched (including model, quantity, and installation position), and we classify them according to “valve model + installation scenario” to formulate the elbow customization list (specifying the specification, material, and quantity of each elbow).
Unify the universal adaptation standards for customized elbows (such as flange hole spacing and sealing surface type, consistent with the corresponding valves) to avoid compatibility issues among customized products of different batches.
Provide a customized scheme summary table that clearly marks the corresponding relationship between each elbow and valve, as well as the production cycle, cost accounting, and facilitates customer project budget and schedule management.
