A threaded stainless steel elbow is the core fitting for changing the direction of the pipeline in a pipeline system. Its core purpose is to accurately connect two sections of the same specification pipeline through threads. This elbow is suitable for all kinds of stainless steel pipeline systems that need to be turned to ensure the sealing and smoothness of the pipeline turning.
It’s a chrome-plated straight joint, which is the core fitting for connecting two sections of pipes of the same specification in a pipeline system. It is suitable for water, gas, and other conventional media. Its core use is to extend the pipeline or repair a broken one, allowing the fluid to pass smoothly and adapt to the indoor humid environment for a long time. The use of thread or sleeve connections enables installation without complex tools, and manual tightening can be completed.

Brass Valve with Bent Nose
This brass valve with a bent nose is a simple and reliable flow control part for water supply, drainage, and heating pipes. It has a solid brass body and a blue handwheel for easy operation. The bottom port connects directly to the main pipe. The side port is angled and features a male thread, making it suitable for corner or angled pipe layouts. Because of the bent outlet, there is no need to add extra elbows. This helps save space and makes installation easier. The valve is often used in home water supply branches, sanitary fixture connections, and small HVAC systems.

Brass Multi-Turn Angle Stop Valve
This brass 90° angle valve is a multi-turn control fitting used to connect wall water pipes to sanitary fixtures or equipment. The 90° angle design aligns with common wall outlet layouts and helps conserve installation space. It is operated by a handwheel that usually takes 3–5 turns to fully open or close. So it works well in places where precise flow control is needed.
Of course, Plumberstar can provide MTR material test reports for stainless steel elbows.
All pipes and forgings we use for elbows come from regular steel mills. Each batch of materials has an original material report and a heat number when it enters the factory.
We track the full process from raw material storage. We record heat numbers, batch numbers, material, and specifications. This makes sure every finished product links back to its raw materials.
When we ship your order, we can give you an MTR that matches your product batch. The report includes full details: chemical composition, mechanical properties, heat treatment, and material standards.
You can use these reports directly for foreign trade customs clearance, project acceptance, third‑party inspections like SGS and BV, and quality system audits.
We can also provide electronic versions for you to file and check in advance. This ensures the material is real, traceable, and meets standards.
2. Can the angle of the stainless steel elbow be customized?
Of course, Plumberstar is a professional valve customization factory. We can custom-make stainless steel elbows with many non‑standard angles. We base it on your pipeline direction, installation space, and project layout. This meets special angle and structure needs in complex pipelines.
We can make elbows in any non‑standard angle.Examples include 15°, 30°, 60°, 75°, 120° and more.We work from your engineering drawings and on‑site conditions.
We also support special types: eccentric design, reduced size, extended length, and straight section transition. This ensures a precise fit with your equipment and pipelines.
In production, we use professional equipment for pushing, bending, cutting, and welding. We strictly control forming accuracy. The angle is accurate, the inner wall is smooth, and the wall thickness is even. There is no wrinkle or crack risk.
All custom angle elbows go through size check, roundness control, and pressure test. This ensures no installation deviation and stable pressure performance.
Before mass production, we first make samples for you to confirm the angle, size, and structure. We only start mass production after you approve the samples. This ensures the custom product is right and stable.
3. What is the difference between seamless and welded elbows?
Seamless elbows are manufactured from seamless pipe and contain no longitudinal weld seam. This structure provides continuous metal grain flow and is commonly preferred in high-pressure applications. Under appropriate material grade and wall thickness design, they can be used in high-pressure oil and gas systems.
Welded elbows offer significant cost advantages, especially for large-diameter pipelines (DN500 and above). They are widely used in municipal water systems, chemical plants, and industrial pipeline networks, and can be designed to meet various pressure ratings depending on applicable standards.

4. What is the stainless steel elbow pipe quality control standard?
Plumberstar uses strict, unified, and traceable quality control for stainless steel elbows. We cover every step from raw material incoming to finished product delivery.
For raw materials, we only use 304, 316L, and other materials from regular steel mills. Each batch comes with the original MTR material report. We do spectral testing and check chemical composition and mechanical properties. Materials are only stored after passing inspection.
We strictly control outer diameter, inner diameter, wall thickness, center distance, radius, angle, and port flatness. All follow standard drawings and tolerance rules.
Our quality inspectors have 10 years of experience. They check every batch with calipers, vernier scales, height gauges, and templates. This ensures elbows fit accurately during installation, with no misalignment or dislocation.
All elbows go through pressure testing and air-tightness testing. They won’t leak or deform under-rated pressure. They meet safety requirements for cold/hot water, fluid transport, food hygiene, and industrial pipelines.
We keep complete inspection records for each batch. We can provide QC reports, material reports, and pressure test records. Every batch is fully traceable.
5. Can third-party inspections be arranged for the elbow pipe?
Of course, Plumberstar fully supports third-party testing institutions like SGS, BV, and TÜV. We can also partner with third-party labs designated by customers. It all depends on your needs.
We take the initiative to sort out all relevant documents. This includes product batch information, raw material qualification certificates, and production process records. These are ready for third-party institutions to check. We also set aside test samples. Each sample gets a clear label. We store them separately as per testing requirements. This way, they won’t get mixed up with products waiting for delivery.
We assign special staff to coordinate with third-party testers. They’re with the team during factory sampling and on-site testing. These staff help solve technical coordination issues throughout the process. This keeps testing running smoothly. It also prevents any delays to your order delivery schedule.
6. Can you provide a “package customization scheme” for elbows?
Plumberstar can provide full and practical packaging customization for stainless steel elbows. We can customize inner packaging, outer packaging, labels, and packing ways to fit your brand and export market.
For inner packaging, we have many options: PE bags, bubble bags, foam trays, divided paper trays, and anti-rust bags. They protect elbows from collision and scratches during shipping. We can also pack each piece separately if you need.
For outer packaging, we support neutral cartons, color-printed cartons, thickened five-layer export cartons, and pallet packing. We can strengthen protection for sea, land, or air transport.
We can print your logo, product name, size, quantity, batch, barcode, language, and box marks on the carton. We can also make custom instruction manuals, certificates, and stickers.
For different elbow sizes, we support mixed, graded, and standard-counting packing. This makes it easier for you to store, check inventory, and redistribute goods.
