A chrome-plated three-way ball valve is a valve that can switch, divert, or combine fluid by turning the ball inside. The chrome plating makes the surface smooth, reduces fluid resistance, and helps the valve work well in harsh industrial conditions. It is used in petrochemical plants, water treatment equipment, and other industrial settings. It is especially good when you need to distribute fluid to multiple pipes or combine fluid from several pipes into one valve.

Miniature Ball Valve Without Handle
Miniature ball valves without a handle usually use a hexagonal hole, groove, or special tool to turn the valve inside. This lets the fluid turn on or off quickly. The small size fits tight spaces, and having no exposed handle helps prevent mistakes or damage from outside impact. It has strong sealing, low flow resistance, rapid response characteristics, and is suitable for low to medium-pressure fluid systems.

Brass Pump Isolation Valve Ball Valve
The brass pump isolation ball valve uses a ball valve design with low flow resistance, good sealing, and quick open and close action. It is used to separate the pump from the pipeline. Thereby avoids the backflow of medium or external impurities into the pump body during maintenance. Its main job is to safely isolate the pump from the system during maintenance.

Full Bore Brass Ball Water Valve With Butterfly Handle
The Full Bore Brass Ball Water Valve has a full-size inner hole, which is the same as the pipe’s inner diameter. This helps water flow smoothly with very little resistance. The valve greatly reduces the difficulty of operation due to its butterfly handle design, allowing for accurate control of water flow on and off or adjustment of the flow size through 90° rotation. Because it is easy to use and keeps water clean and stable, this valve is suitable for small and medium industrial water systems.

Stainless Steel Stem PEX Lead Free Brass Ball Valve
The stainless steel stem PEX lead-free brass ball valve is designed to adapt to the connection requirements of PEX piping systems. The valve drives the ball to open and close by rotating the stem, allowing for rapid cut-off and precise adjustment of water flow. It is safe to use and does not contain lead. This valve is suitable for commercial buildings, clean water pipelines, and small to medium industrial projects that carry water or other clean fluids.
1. What media is the water shut-off ball Valve suitable for?
A water shut-off valve is mainly used for water and common fluids. It works well with drinking water, hot water, cold water, air, natural gas, and diesel oil. These are all very normal working conditions.
For special applicable media, it is necessary to customize corrosion-resistant materials, such as 316L stainless steel, Hastelloy valve body, special seals, such as PTFE, graphite seals, and other media.
For special cases, customers can tell us the type of fluid, temperature, and pressure, and the Plumberstar factory will make a suitable solution.

2. Do you support the full-bore design of the water shut ball valve?
Full‑bore means the inner hole of the valve matches the pipe inner diameter. It does not narrow or restrict flow. This lowers water resistance, supports higher flow, and less pressure loss. Water supply becomes smoother and more efficient.
Compared with ordinary reduced‑bore ball valves, our full‑bore HPVC valves are less likely to clog, scale, or make noise. They work stably in many systems: home water supply, commercial buildings, heating circulation, and water treatment.
Even with the full‑bore structure, we keep a strong valve body, good sealing, and easy operation. We strictly control size accuracy and injection molding. The valve will not deform or leak after long use.
Whether standard sizes or custom requests, Plumberstar can steadily supply full‑bore HPVC water supply ball valves. We provide you with smoother, longer‑lasting, and more reliable pipeline control.
3. How does Plumberstar customize and make water shut-off ball valves for OEM/ODM clients?
Plumberstar manufacturers can design Water Shut Off Ball Valve drawings for customers. We make the Water Shut Off Ball Valve according to customer needs.
First, we confirm details such as material, process, and production time. If the design needs changes, we update the drawings and technical details. After the customer confirms everything, we sign the contract and fix all parameters.
Next, we purchase the appropriate raw materials and produce valve blanks. We check them to make sure there are no hidden defects. After that, we do rough machining and aging treatment, then finish machining to make sure key parts are accurate. Heat treatment and surface treatment are done later. Finally, the ball valve is assembled following standard rules.
If the customer provides drawings, we need CAD drawings that clearly show size, structure, pressure, and temperature limits. For important points like material and sealing type, tolerance marks are recommended. Our engineers review the drawings and working conditions, check technical difficulty, material supply time, and production ability. We usually give feedback and a first quotation within 1–3 working days.
Before delivery, each Water Shut Off Ball Valve is tested for size, pressure, and sealing to make sure there is no leakage. For small trial orders, we can test the valve together with the customer and make small improvements if needed. After testing is complete, we begin mass production and carefully control each step. When production is complete, we provide inspection reports and manuals and arrange delivery.
4. What quality tests are performed on the water shut-off ball valve?
Plumberstar has a complete and strict quality inspection system for every HPVC water shut-off valve. We control the whole process from raw materials to finished products. We make sure the products meet high industry standards. They perform well in pressure resistance, sealing, service life, operation, and hygiene safety.
These valves work stably in drinking water systems, building water supply, and industrial water systems. You can use them safely and confidently. We check HPVC raw materials carefully. We make sure they meet drinking water hygiene standards. We remove material risks from the start. This supports stable long-term operation.
After injection molding, we fully inspect the valve body. We check appearance, size accuracy, wall thickness, and interface coaxiality. We avoid bubbles, shrink marks, burrs, and eccentricity. The valve fits pipelines accurately. It seals well and installs smoothly.
Each valve gets a shell strength water pressure test. We test under-rated pressure. We check for deformation, cracks, or leakage. The structure stays safe and reliable under long-term pressure.
We also test two-way sealing performance. We check upstream and downstream sealing separately. We ensure zero leakage when the valve is closed. It meets the strictest water system requirements.
We do switch cycle life tests and torque tests. We test many times continuously. We check internal structure stability, rotation flexibility, and operation feel. The valve will not jam, loosen, or fail after long, frequent use.
All finished products get a final check before shipping. We make sure appearance, performance, and size all meet standards.
5. How long is the quote for the water shut-off ball valve valid?
Plumberstar gives a price for the water-shutoff ball valve. This price is valid for 30 days from the day it is sent.
During these 30 days, the price, materials, trade terms (FOB or CIF), and minimum order quantity will not change.
If the cost of main materials, such as brass, stainless steel, or PTFE seals, increases or decreases by more than 5%, we will notify the customer in writing at least 3 working days in advance.
If shipping cost or exchange rate changes a lot (about 8% or more), we will also inform the customer. Then both sides can talk and decide whether to change the price or extend the time.
If the customer signs the contract and pays the deposit within 30 days, the price will be fixed for this order.
If no order is placed after 30 days, the price will no longer be valid. A new price will be given based on the current material cost and shipping cost.
For very large orders or long-term customers, the payment terms can be extended to 45–60 days upon both parties’ written agreement.
6. What are the shipping ports for the water shut-off ball valve?
The main shipping ports of the Water Shut Off Ball Valve are Ningbo, Shanghai, and Shenzhen. Other ports can be arranged according to customer needs. Ball valve custom order after payment, according to the production cycle delivery, we will provide a production progress tracking table.
