We need to adjust the matching sizes for the grate edge and the top rim of the floor drain. Once you confirm your requirements, our engineering team finishes assembly tests in 2 to 5 working days. We make sure the snap connection has the right tightness. You can take the grate off and put it back easily to clear waste. The design also stops the grate from popping loose due to running water. We can make samples first. Mass production starts only after you approve the samples.

The drain body comes with a standard drainage connector that works with most common 50 mm drain pipes. All important sizes of the connector follow tight limits based on our official engineering drawings. Every product gets a complete inspection before shipping. We test for water tightness and check the overall look. Inspectors confirm the main body, connectors, and joints have no leaks, so the drain can keep draining water reliably.

Plumberstar circular shower floor drains with PVC bodies have two groups of custom colors: standard colors and special custom colors. Black and white are our regular color options. If you need blue, green, or other special color codes, we have to use a custom color masterbatch. Extra color matching charges will apply. Send us your color card number. Our engineers will check if the color can be reproduced within 2 working days and send color samples for your confirmation. We can also make product samples. You can check the real color on finished parts.

4. Can the Round Shower Drain with PVC Body be used in hot shower water?

Plumberstar circular shower drain with PVC body works for regular hot water showers. It is made of modified rigid PVC. It can handle repeated hot water flow up to 45°C over long periods. For home bathrooms with daily hot water use under 90 minutes, we ran a 180-day alternating hot and cold water test. If the water temperature ranges from 46°C to 55°C, you can only use it briefly once in a while. Avoid running hot water nonstop.

This floor drain has clear temperature limits for hot environments. Avoid prolonged exposure to water above 55°C. Continuous contact with 60°C water can gradually deform the PVC main body and greatly raise the risk of leaks at sealed joints. We can provide advice on product selection and installation for locations with high heat. If your project regularly uses hot water over 45°C, we recommend choosing drains made with cast iron or brass bodies instead.

5. What is the payment for the Round Shower Drain with PVC Body?

Plumberstar PVC body circular shower floor drains normally use T/T telegraphic transfer for payment. Standard bulk orders require a 30% deposit. The remaining 70% balance is paid against a bill of lading copy. We start purchasing raw materials and arranging production only after receiving the full deposit. Standard lead time is 22–28 working days. The countdown begins once funds arrive in our account. We cannot start production without a deposit payment.

Irrevocable sight L/C is also available as another payment choice. If you choose L/C settlement, you cover all charges for opening the letter of credit. Plumberstar pays our bank’s advising fee. We need to check all L/C terms ahead of time. If any special clauses cannot be fulfilled, both sides will discuss and agree on revisions.
