Air Admittance Valve

The air admittance valve is an essential ventilation fitting for drainage pipeline systems. It opens automatically to draw in air when negative pressure occurs inside the drain pipes. balancing internal air pressure and protecting water seals from damage. It shuts off automatically under positive pipeline pressure to block unpleasant sewer odors from escaping. It effectively safeguards trap water seals, prevents slow drainage, and prevents odor backflow.

1. Why choose a factory-direct Straight Thermostatic Valve?

All straight thermostatic valves from Plumberstar are sold directly by our factory.  No middleman, the prices and quality solution is a big advantage.

We take care of the entire production flow, from material purchasing and Spare parts sourcing to CNC machining, finish treatment, assembly, leakage testing, and final valve quality checks. Every part is made and checked under our strict control.

We conduct full inspections for all goods before delivery and share the report with customers. All TRV products support personalized customization within 30 days, fast delivery within 5 weeks, and even no MOQ order arrangements. They fully meet the purchasing requirements of valve distributors, wholesalers, and engineering projects.

2. What materials are your straight thermostatic valves made of, and what are their benefits?

Our valve bodies are solid brass with a nickel-plated surface to keep rust at bay. This material won’t corrode easily and works really well with hot water in heating setups. You can use these valves reliably for well over ten years. By contrast, low-cost models tend to leak or develop rust holes after just a few years.

Inside the valve, we use heat-resistant rubber and hard-wearing plastic for the cartridge and seals. They won’t warp or turn hard even after years of hot water flow. When closed, they form a tight seal to stop slow drips, and the valve turns smoothly when adjusting the temperature—no jamming or sticking.

The end connectors, nuts, and fittings are also brass, with clean, precision-cut threads. They screw on nice and tight to radiators and pipes, so you don’t get leaks from loose or poorly fitting connections. That makes installation simpler and cuts down on future maintenance headaches.

3. Can I have my company’s logo laser-engraved or stamped onto the valve body?

Absolutely. We can add your company logo to the valve body by laser engraving or traditional engraving. You may choose either one.

Laser-etched logos stay clear for a long time. They won’t fade or wear away during daily use. Traditionally engraved logos have a gentle raised surface, making the valves look nicer. We suggest you send your logo in AI, EPS, or high-def PNG to guarantee good quality. These file types work best for accurate logo making.

We are able to add logos to every valve in your entire order. The core quality and performance of our products will not be affected at all during processing.

4. Can we watch your factory’s quality tests on-site or remotely?

We support on-site or remote viewing of the quality inspection for straight thermostatic valves. The two options cater to different needs and help you fully check the product quality of your bulk orders.

When you come to our factory, you can walk through our production, assembly, and testing workshops. You will see every step from processing to finished products. Our QC staff will accompany you throughout the visit and show you the complete inspection procedures. You may also pick finished products at random for on-site checks to learn about their actual performance.

For clients who cannot come to our factory, you can watch every testing step and real-time data via WeChat or Tencent Meeting. We follow uniform and strict testing standards for all product batches. We keep full inspection records for every order before delivery. All finished products live up to our strict quality rules.

5. Can you provide detailed test reports for our Straight Thermostatic Valve orders?

We provide full and detailed test reports for your straight thermostatic valve orders. You can receive reports digitally online or get printed copies together with shipments. These documents work well for customs clearance, warehouse inspection, and customer acceptance.

Before delivery, we carry out standard full-range tests. We first check the air and water tightness to make sure no leakage occurs. Next is pressure resistance testing to verify load capacity. Next, we examine thread standards and surface finish, then test the valve’s opening and closing performance. All actual test data will be recorded in detail in the reports.

Each test report matches the original quality inspection records of the corresponding batch. All data is true and traceable. We keep all inspection files for a long time. We follow the same strict testing rules for all products. This ensures accurate results and helps you get through all inspections easily.

6. What performance tweaks are available for straight TRVs beyond looks?

All our straight thermostatic radiator valves support various functional adjustments apart from appearance. These upgrades greatly improve the practical performance of the valves in heating systems.

We optimize internal structures and key parts during production. Every component is precisely made and assembled to fit tightly inside the valve body.

Fluctuating water pressure and changing temperatures are common in heating pipes. These performance adjustments help the valves work smoothly all the time. They prevent abnormal operation and leakage, and ensure stable use in long-term service. We run comprehensive tests on all adjusted valves before delivery. Each finished product works reliably and meets the strict requirements for heating pipeline installation and daily use.
