1. Can a Safety Relief Valve be installed in any orientation?

Safety valves can not be installed arbitrarily; according to the type of valve, a specific installation direction must be chosen. The most commonly used is vertical installation. Spring safety valves must be installed vertically; inclined or horizontal installation will lead to uneven spring force, affecting the accuracy of the opening pressure and return sealing. The lever weight safety valve, according to the manufacturer’s instructions, is typically installed at an angle, but usually in the vertical direction.

2. What surface finishes are available for the safety group valve?

Plumberstar provides many professional surface treatments for Safety Group Valves. All these processes are made for real plumbing working environments. They fit the needs of engineering projects. They also look good with home decoration and heating systems.

Our most common surface treatment is nickel plating. It forms a smooth, tight protective layer on the brass valve body. It strongly resists rust and oxidation. It has a soft metal shine and costs reasonably.

It won’t peel or change color easily after long use. It is the standard finish for our safety group valves exported to Europe, the Middle East, and other markets.

We also offer bright chrome plating. This coating is shinier and harder. The surface is smooth and easy to clean. It resists fingerprints and water stains. It works well for home decoration and high-end heating projects. The overall look is more delicate and high-grade.

3. Can the pressure of the safety group valve be pre-set before shipment?

Of course, Plumberstar can preset and calibrate Safety Group Valves to your required pressure before shipping.

Once production is finished, we use professional calibration tools on a test pipeline. We adjust each valve one by one to your settings. This includes opening pressure, relief pressure, and reset pressure.

We follow strict product standards throughout the process. We slowly raise the pressure to test the valve’s opening and sealing accuracy. This makes sure the valve relieves pressure reliably at the set level. It also closes properly after pressure drops, with no leaks or delays.

For bulk orders, we calibrate every valve to the same pressure. We keep batch records and test data. This ensures all products in the same batch perform the same.

You can install and use the valves directly after receiving them. No on-site adjustment is needed. This saves installation time and avoids safety risks from wrong calibration.

If you need special pressure ranges or third-party calibration, we can fully cooperate. After calibration, we lock and mark the valve. This stops parameters from being changed by accident during transport or installation.

4. Can you provide a sample for the safety group valve?

Yes, Plumberstar can provide Safety Group Valve samples for you. This helps you do preliminary work before bulk orders. You can check size, test performance, verify installation, get project approval, or confirm with your customers.

For our standard Safety Group Valves, we can usually send samples directly. You just need to tell us the model, pressure parameters, interface specs, and surface treatment. We test each sample for pressure and sealing before shipping. The sample quality is exactly the same as your future bulk order.

If you need custom samples—like special pressure settings, size changes, OEM appearance, or interface modifications—we can make them from your drawings and requirements. It will take some time to make custom samples. We will confirm the exact time with you based on how complex the customization is.

Samples are free. You only pay for shipping. For special custom samples, we charge a reasonable fee. If you place a bulk order later, we can deduct this sample fee from your total payment. We can talk about the details flexibly.

When we ship the samples, we include product parameters and simple instructions. This makes it easy for you to test and use the samples.

5. How do you protect our proprietary OEM designs of the safety group valve?

Plumberstar takes customer intellectual property protection very seriously for OEM Safety Group Valve designs. We have a strict, complete system to keep your information safe throughout our cooperation. We make sure your drawings, structural plans, mold designs, appearance designs, and parameters never leak or are copied to third parties. We protect your design rights fully through our rules, processes, and management.

Before we start working together, we sign a legal Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). It clearly states that all your design materials, technical documents, and product specs are your property. We only use them to make products for you. We will not sell, copy, pass them to others, or let other customers use them. This gives you strong legal protection for your OEM designs.

During production, your drawings, 3D files, and technical requirements are managed by assigned staff only. Only necessary core employees in tech, production, and quality control can access them. We use strict permission controls. These materials are not shared freely inside our company.

Special molds, tools, and testing equipment for your product are stored and marked separately. They are only used for your order. We never use them for other customers’ similar products. We also keep full records of mold storage, maintenance, and use to prevent theft or copying.

Plumberstar sees IP protection as a key rule for long-term cooperation. We use legal agreements, assigned management, exclusive molds, separate production, and internal confidentiality rules. These steps protect your exclusive designs effectively. You can safely let us produce your custom Safety Group Valves without worrying about your designs being copied, leaked, or misused.

6. What is the MOQ of the safety group valve?

Plumberstar has a flexible MOQ for Safety Group Valves. We can adjust it based on order type, specification, and cooperation way.

Our standard safety group valves have a basic MOQ of 100 pieces. This fits small and medium trial orders, distributor restocks, and small engineering projects. It helps you test the market and also keeps production costs reasonable.

You can mix different sizes in one order, like DN15, DN20, and DN25. As long as the total reaches the MOQ, it lowers your stock pressure.

For custom valves — including structure changes, special pressure, exclusive surface treatment, OEM molds, logo or packaging customization — the MOQ is 300 to 500 pieces. Custom orders need to cover mold and debugging costs.300 pieces keep production stable and cost-effective. If new molds are needed, the MOQ can be 500 pieces. We can share mold costs or deduct them from later bulk orders.

  • For new customers, market testing, or small projects: You can apply for a trial MOQ of 50 to 80 pieces. We can approve it after evaluation, so you can verify products at a low cost.
  • For orders over 1000 pieces: You get tiered discounts, priority production, and faster delivery. Standard lead time is about 30 days. Large orders can be shortened to 25 days.
  • For long-term customers: We support mixed orders with other products like safety group valves, pressure reducing valves, and water separators. As long as the total quantity meets the requirement, the MOQ can be lowered to 50 pieces.

7. What is the package of the safety group valve?

Plumberstar Safety Group Valves use standard export packaging. It’s good for long-distance shipping, resists moisture, and bumps. We also support custom OEM packaging. The design protects products, makes stock checks easy, and fits customs clearance.

For regular orders, each valve goes into a separate neutral PE dust bag first. It keeps out moisture and stops scratches. It prevents surface coating and threads from wearing during transport.

We also put plastic caps on the threads. It stops them from getting hit, deformed, dusty, or wet.

After single packing, we put the valves into thick corrugated boxes. The boxes have pearl cotton or foam dividers inside. Each box holds a fixed number of valves. The dividers keep valves from hitting each other. It’s perfect for long sea and land trips with many loads.

Outer boxes are strong and hard to break. We print clear info on the outside: product name, model, size, quantity, box number, moisture-proof, and “handle with care” signs. Workers can recognize, check, and move them easily.

If you want brand custom packaging, we can print your logo, product specs, multilingual notes, and brand colors on bags, inner, or outer boxes. It creates a unified brand look.

For large export orders, we can stack boxes on pallets as you request. It makes goods more stable, cuts damage, and simplifies port and warehouse work.

The whole packaging keeps products safe. We also make the packing size as efficient as possible to save your shipping costs.
