You can use these holes to easily check the water’s temperature and pressure. We machine standard thread ports directly on the brass valve body, covering common sizes G1/8”, G1/4”, 1/8” NPT, as well as 1/4” NPT. You can hook up pressure meters and temperature readers straight to these holes when you set up the valve. No extra small connecting parts are needed. It lets you easily see the water pressure and heat level inside the pipes right away.

We make these test holes match the valve’s shape perfectly. They won’t mess up any of the valve’s main jobs: keeping water temperature steady, lowering water pressure, and stopping water from flowing backward. These additional openings will not weaken the overall structure of the valve body in any way. We put small dust caps on every test hole before sending out the valves. These caps stop dirt and tiny bits from getting inside while the valves are shipped and when you install them. We can also make special changes for you. We can add test holes on both the water-in and water-out sides to check water data separately.
