| | Swing Non-Return Check Valve This brass swing check valve only lets liquid flow one way inside pipes, it’s made of brass with a movable flap inside, liquid pushes the flap open to pass through when flowing forward, if liquid tries to go backward the flap shuts tight right away to stop reverse flow, it works well for low and medium water pressure and is a common safety piece for all kinds of pipe systems.
|
| | Brass Needle Valve This brass needle valve lets you carefully control tiny amounts of liquid in pipes, it has a thin needle piece inside, twist the rough non-slip knob on top to move the needle and change how wide the water gap is, this lets you adjust slow water flow very accurately, its slim needle design works perfectly when you need to manage small flow volumes, and it’s widely used to precisely control liquid inside pipelines.
|
| | Brass Stop Valve This brass stop valve is a specialized on-off control valve engineered for residential piping systems. It features a robust brass body paired with a chrome-plated cross-shaped operating handle. Rotating the top-mounted cross handle drives the internal valve core to move vertically, enabling full on-off control and precise flow regulation of the pipeline. It is a staple fitting for household water supply lines.
|
| | Tank Valve Refrigerant Dispenser With Adapter This tank valve refrigerant dispenser with adapter is a special charging tool. It’s made for refrigeration and air conditioning systems. Equipped with an ergonomic control handle, it allows precise on-off control of refrigerant flow directly from the cylinder. This ensures safe and accurate charging. The built-in brass adapter fits refrigerant tank ports of different specs. It’s an essential professional tool for efficient refrigeration servicing and maintenance.
|
| | 3/4 Brass Boiler Drain Valve This brass boiler drain valve is a specialized fitting engineered for draining and blowdown operations in boiler systems. Featuring a 90° elbow design, it is precisely sized to fit standard boiler pipeline drain connections. Making it easy to remove stagnant water and accumulated debris from the boiler. A top-mounted red handwheel enables manual rotation to control the vertical movement of the internal valve core, allowing for full on-off control of the pipeline. As a critical accessory, it is essential for the routine maintenance of boiler systems.

Return Pin Valve
Return Pin Valve
Return Pin Valve Core for UFH M30x1.5
This brass pin valve core is made just for the return pipes of underfloor heating systems, it has a brass shell and a small metal pin inside, the metal pin expands and shrinks with heat to change how much hot water flows back through the pipes, this balances the water flow so every part of your floor stays the same warm temperature, it only fits underfloor heating return valves and keeps the whole heating system evenly heated.

1. What is the core function of a return pin valve?
Its core function is to control the reverse flow of fluid in hydraulic/pneumatic systems and ensure the precise reset of the valve core through the return pin structure, thus maintaining system pressure stability and the reliable operation of actuators (such as cylinders and oil cylinders).

2. If the return pin valve has an anti-stick design?
Plumberstar’s Return Pin Valves all come with an anti-adhesion, anti-seizure design. This structure is specially made for plumbing and heating systems. It works well for long-term use, complex water quality, and scaling conditions.
- For materials, we use low-friction, self-lubricating combinations. Key moving parts like valve cores and seats get Teflon coating or ceramic treatment.
- Sealing and guiding parts use anti-adhesion, non-water-absorbing engineering materials. This lowers friction and buildup even more. The valve core stays smooth during long use.
- In structure, we carefully adjust the gap between the valve core and sleeve. We use a pre-tightened return spring with a guide structure. The valve core resets fast and steadily.
It won’t get stuck half-open from weak reset force. We leave a reasonable gap to prevent small impurities from jamming it. The inner flow path has no dead corners and is easy to flush. This reduces liquid buildup and sticky layers. Return springs and moving parts also get anti-corrosion and anti-seizure treatment. This stops rust and scale from weakening springs or jamming the mechanism.
3. How does the compatibility of the return pin valve?
Plumberstar’s return pin valve uses common international thread standards for connections. These include NPT, BSP, G, and other widely used threads. It can connect directly to pipes and valve bodies in different countries. You don’t need extra adapters for installation.
In size and structure, it follows standard industry stroke, installation length, and connection types. It works for replacing many kinds of temperature control valves, regulating valves, and automatic loop valves. It fits many different systems. It works with regular cold water and domestic hot water systems. It also works with heating water and air conditioning, and circulating water.
It handles a wide range of system pressure and temperature. It can work with different brands of actuators, controllers, and pumps. You won’t have issues like mismatched action, poor sealing, or failed regulation. For engineering projects and OEM customers, we can also adjust the stroke, core size, and connection structure slightly. This improves compatibility with your existing equipment.
4. What is the lead time of the return pin valve?
Standard in-stock orders ship within 3 business days. If your single bulk order picks over 50,000 ready-made items, we have to assign separate packaging lines, so the lead time extends to 5 working days.
Light custom work covers printed cartons, laser-etched logos on valve bodies, and standard matching gaskets. Your order quantity decides how fast we can finish production. Orders from 1,000 to 20,000 units wrap up all manufacturing steps within 7 working days. For orders of 20,000 to 50,000 pieces, we run two assembly shifts to speed output. These batches are ready in 10 working days.
Complex custom requests like non-standard threads, thicker electroplating coatings, special sealing materials, and brand new valve body molds follow a set 15-day production schedule with unexpected hold-ups avoided.
5. What is the MOQ for the return pin valve?
Plumberstar sets a flexible MOQ for return pin valves. Standard return pin valves: 100 pieces per model. This is the basic MOQ for foreign trade wholesalers and equipment suppliers. It works for small trial orders, bulk samples, or small project matching. You can quickly test if the product fits and get market feedback. Mixed batch of same-series products: If you buy different specs in the same series (like different threads or strokes), the total order quantity needs to be at least 300 pieces. Each model doesn’t need to reach 100 pieces.
Custom return pin valves:If you need customization—like changing size per your drawings, replacing seal materials, adjusting spring force, changing surface treatment, optimizing structure, or OEM branding—MOQ will be a bit higher than standard products. This is because we need to adjust production lines, switch tools, and do separate quality checks. The exact quantity is negotiated based on how complex the customization is.
Long-term old customers, large engineering orders, and customers with fixed annual purchases:We can relax MOQ requirements further. We even offer lower MOQ for urgent samples and test orders. We do our best to match your project schedule and procurement plans.
6. Can third-party inspections be done for return pin valves?
Plumberstar allows any third-party inspectors to audit our goods, and we coordinate directly with global certification institutions, including SGS, BV, Intertek, and TÜV. We offer three fixed inspection modes: mid-production inline check, pre-shipment random sampling, and full-batch on-site witnessed inspection.
Every 10,000 units counts as one separate inspection batch. DN15 and DN20 sizes get sampled independently, with a minimum of 12 units pulled from each lot.
Third-party inspectors are welcome to watch our entire testing process from start to finish. Every test uses clear numerical pass and fail standards, and all inspection records are saved digitally long-term. We test raw material composition with XRF spectrometers. Our brass valve bodies have 57.0% to 59.5% copper with lead limited to 2.2%. Stainless steel valve stems contain 16%–18% chromium. Thread tolerance is controlled within ±0.08mm, and plunger stroke error never exceeds ±0.1mm.
Every product goes through a 15-bar hydraulic pressure test held for 60 seconds; no deformation or water seepage is permitted. We also run an 11-bar bidirectional sealing test for 30 seconds, with absolutely no leakage allowed. The full third-party inspection process takes 7 to 15 working days to complete.
