| | Brass Faucet Cartridge Replacement This replacement brass faucet cartridge fits both cold and hot water service. Its top splined spindle matches standard handwheels; flow is switched on and off through rotational movement. A versatile part for plumbing repairs. It replaces worn inserts for domestic angle stops, laundry faucets, kitchen & bathroom spouts, plus compact brass shutoff valves.
|
| | Brass Radiator Valve Insert This brass radiator valve insert features a guide groove and sealing structure for precise hot water flow control. When paired with a thermostatic head drive, it enables linear flow adjustment from full closure to maximum output. Universally compatible with the valve body specifications of most residential radiator thermostatic valves.
|
| | Forged Brass Gate Valve This forged brass gate valve is a straight-through shutoff fitting widely deployed in water supply and drainage. and HVAC piping systems. Its top-mounted red cast iron handwheel lifts the gate gradually to achieve precise full opening and closing of fluid passage. It functions solely as a full-open/full-close main pipeline switch and is not designed for flow throttling or pressure modulation.
|
| | 1PC Stainless Steel Ball Valve This one-piece stainless steel ball valve is integrally forged and equipped with a blue rubber-coated handle; a 90-degree turn completes full opening and closing. Built with a straight-through full port bore. It acts as a fast shutoff valve widely used in water supply & drainage, chemical, oil, and gas piping systems.
|
| | Brass Angle Valve This brass angle valve features a polished chrome-plated finish. Its bottom male thread connects to embedded wall pipes, and the side male thread attaches to flexible supply hoses. The angled layout saves installation space and matches recessed wall outlets. Mounted at the water inlet of toilets, wash basins, and water heaters, it controls pipeline shutoff and enables convenient water cutoff during subsequent sanitary ware maintenance.
|
| | Multi-Turn Brass Angle Stop Valve The Multi-Turn Brass Angle Stop Valve precisely adjusts the valve opening by rotating the multi-turn valve stem. The 90° angle flow channel is suitable for narrow spaces. Pipeline connection can be completed without additional elbows. It is suitable for various media, including cold, hot, and heated water.

1. What is the precise travel distance of the return pin valve core?
Plumberstar’s return pin valve core has a total rated travel of 5.0 mm. Four millimeters of this travel works as the usable stroke for sealing and valve switching. We calculate rated travel from the product’s reference end face. It equals the height gap between the fully shut and fully open valve core spots.
The main valve core is cut from stainless steel. Its paired brass base is shaped on CNC lathes. All items in one production batch keep travel error below 0.1 mm. Small, tight limits stop incomplete valve movement and leaks brought on by part wear.
We can also change travel lengths following your drawings for matching valve bodies and actuators. Short custom travel choices run 3 mm to 4 mm, and longer options sit between 6 mm and 7 mm. We tweak the valve core’s matching thread sizes to go along with these adjustments.
2. How does the compatibility of the return pin valve core?
Plumberstar return pin valve core comes in standard M30×1.5 thread, engineered to fit most mainstream underfloor heating manifold inner cavities.
Our plunger size and stroke match most common thermal electric actuators, including normally open and normally closed types. The reciprocating motion controls water flow smoothly and solves common faults from insufficient thrust, such as incomplete closure and full valve jamming. It works with the installation dimensions and power output of over 20 mainstream actuator brands.
We can adjust thread size, plunger length, and stroke to suit special valve bodies and custom actuators. Every customized part undergoes assembly testing before delivery.
3. Can you provide a sample of the return pin valve core?
Plumberstar provides samples of return pin valve cores. We have ready-made standard items and custom-made versions, both available for shipment. You can check sample size accuracy, telescopic stroke, and fitting performance.
Once we get your sample request and shipping info, in-stock samples get packed and sent out within one day. Custom samples need adjustment and production work, which takes three to four working days. All shipped samples use the same raw materials and production rules as bulk orders. Standard insert stroke is 4.0 mm, with allowed error kept within ±0.1 mm. Samples and mass goods share a fully consistent quality.
We attach a factory inspection report with every sample lot. The file records real tested stroke figures and spring preload values for your bench tests. If samples pass your inspection and you place bulk orders, hitting the agreed amount, your earlier sample cost will be subtracted from your final payment.
4. Can you provide the raw material batch of the return pin valve core?
We can provide complete batch documents for all materials used in your orders. All valve cores and brass bodies in a single order are sourced from the same brass melting batch. Stainless steel thimbles and springs come from designated fixed material lots separately. We record material batch numbers, delivery dates, and consumption quantities in detailed production files for full traceability. We keep all material records on file for 3 years.
We can provide SGS spectrum test reports for brass and certification documents for stainless steel. Each document is printed with the original furnace numbers and batch codes for traceability. The brass we use for standard valve cores has lead content controlled below 0.2%, and all regular springs are made of 304 stainless steel.
Just tell us your needs when placing orders, and we will send printed raw material batch lists together with the goods. These papers are packed alongside factory pressure test reports.
5. Can you customize the return pin valve core according to our drawing?
We customize reset needle spool valves following your engineering drawings. Our technical team checks your CAD and PDF files first. We go through key details one by one, such as thread size, thimble length, full stroke, and outer diameter. We offer practical improvement ideas if certain drawing designs are hard for regular mass production.
Once you sign off on the final drawings, we proceed with production using your selected materials. You can pick different stainless steel grades for thimbles or brass materials for valve bases, and we will also adjust spool stroke and seal groove layout exactly as specified. We make physical samples first before mass production. We only launch full production after samples pass all required tests.
We can sign non‑disclosure contracts to keep your drawing data safe and stored properly. For repeat orders, we reuse existing molds and production steps with no extra mold fees. We add laser‑printed logos and custom single packaging on customized spool valves. We handle all your personalized needs in a one-stop service.
6. How do you manage the logistics of the return pin valve?
Full-container orders ship directly by sea. Smaller LCL mixed orders are consolidated to fill full containers and cut your overall freight cost. We confirm delivery details and lead times upon your early order placement and pre-book vessel space to avoid shortages during peak shipping seasons.
Every valve core goes into a sealed, separate PE plastic bag. This keeps brass parts away from damp rust and protects thimbles from dents or bending damage. Each packed part goes into a small inner box first, then is grouped into outer cartons following fixed packing quantities. Our regular outer boxes use five-layer corrugated paper. These boxes pass weight and compression tests and stay undamaged when stacked five layers high. We print product codes, batch numbers, and shipping marks clearly on all outer cartons.
We share tracking numbers and original ocean bills of lading once goods depart, plus ongoing shipment updates.
