Within the normal operating differential pressure range of 0.10–0.35 MPa, the repeatable flow adjustment deviation stays within ±5% ~ ±10% under laboratory testing environments. On-site performance will be affected by pump head, pipeline resistance, and overall system layout.
We run routine sampling tests on a dedicated water circulation test bench. Samples taken from each production batch are tested at several valve opening positions. Measured flow data is compared against our internal standard reference values. Any units outside acceptable tolerance limits will be adjusted or reworked before shipment.

Our main raw materials cover 304 and 316L stainless steel sheets (minimum 2.0 mm thick), precision cast stainless steel connectors, and PTFE sealing parts. Before delivery, finished product photos or videos are provided for inspection. Once the balance is confirmed and received, the factory arranges shipment within 48 hours.
The second option is an L/C at sight. Sight letters of credit issued by major international banks are accepted. All L/C terms are discussed and confirmed before the contract is signed. Production is arranged after the L/C is received, which helps protect funds for both sides.
