1. Does the stainless steel 316 ball valve feature a blowout-proof stem design?
Most 2-piece 316 stainless steel ball valves made by the Plumberstar factory come with an anti-blowout stem design as standard. This is an important safety feature for fluid pipeline use. But also some customers required a standard handle for the ball valve; It’s convenient for work, so we have both options
We thicken and limit the bottom portion of the valve stem during design and production. It locks firmly against the inner part of the valve body and stays firmly in place.
Sudden high pressure or unstable fluid pressure often happens inside pipelines. This structure can stop the valve stem from popping out easily. It keeps fluid from leaking out, avoids device damage, and removes safety risks during on-site use under high pressure, more than 600WOG
We conduct additional pressure safety tests on every valve stem before shipment. Each finished valve owns steady anti-loose performance. It fully fits strict safety standards for industrial pipeline installation and use.
2. How is the stainless steel 316 ball valve 2-piece body sealed?
We fit special sealing gaskets (PTFE/Teflon), 2-piece Teflon sealings, and locate them inside the body and the bonnet. And the stainless steel ball is between the two sealing gaskets. Threaded parts fasten the two sections tightly together. The joint gaps remain fully closed, preventing internal fluid from leaking out.
Otherwise, there are 2 O-rings on the stem for sealing; they’re made of NBR 70 (Shore A) and seal between the body and the stem. This sealing structure has passed repeated pressure tests exceeding 60 kg. It keeps 0 leakage under standard working pressure. Sealing parts will not turn loose during the 3-times leakage test.
3. Can you provide MTR for the stainless steel 316 ball valve?

4. Can the end connections of the stainless steel 316 ball valve be customized?

- We regularly make threaded, flange, welded, and sanitary clamp ends. We also adjust thread standards, sizes, and interface lengths freely. Inch(BSP, BSPT)threads, NPT inlet thread, NPS/NH outlet thread, and other special ports can all be made as you need.
- We keep the whole ball valve body structure and inner flow diameter the same while changing the connection ends. Original flow rate, pressure resistance, working temperature, and sealing performance will not be affected.
- You can send us detailed size drawings or real product samples for reference. We first make trial samples for you to check the installation fit. We start mass production only after you confirm everything is fine.

5. What is the package of the stainless steel 316 ball valve?
Plumberstar manufactures two-piece 316 stainless steel ball valves with complete standard packaging.
Every valve is first wrapped in dustproof, moisture-resistant plastic bags. We also take good care of the threads, stopping bumps, scratches, dirt, and rust during delivery. After that, each valve is placed into a firm, small carton for separate protection. All single-packed goods are put into thick five-layer export cartons. These cartons are hard to deform and break when piled up. Neat internal arrangement reduces shaking and hitting during transit.
Key details such as product model, size, material, quantity, and shipping marks are clearly printed on the outer boxes. It makes your stock check and goods counting much easier.
We supply regular neutral packaging by default. You can also get custom brand boxes, printed color cartons, and exclusive shipping marks as you need. The whole package resists damp and heavy pressure very well. It works great for long-distance sea and land transport.

- We always pick 316 stainless steel from the same brand and the same standard. Every incoming material goes through unified composition testing and quality checks. - We use fixed molds and precise CNC machines for mass production. Main parts, such as the valve body, ball core, and valve stem, are all made according to the same drawings and production data. Cutting accuracy and forming standards stay the same throughout production.
- All steps, like grinding, polishing, and heat treatment, follow fixed working rules. Workers cannot change production steps or processing methods casually. Seals, packing parts, and handles are all purchased from reliable suppliers with fixed specifications. We use the same assembly method for every valve, so the inner structures stay identical.
- All finished valves go through the same inspection steps. Water pressure test, air-tightness test, and switch smoothness test are conducted according to the same rules. We also spot-check looks and sizes consistently. Goods that fail the test are sorted out directly and will not be packed with qualified products.
We keep customer-approved standard ball valve samples in storage. Every new batch is made by comparing strictly with these reserved samples. The outer design, surface finish (original brass, sandblasted, plated), and performance can always remain highly consistent.
